The fact that a Member of Parliament can get kicked out of the house of commons for calling a proven liar a liar only serves to underline the maxim that “the first casualty of war is truth.” (1) The war in this sense relates to battle over information where anything that goes against the official narrative is dismissed as a conspiracy theory even if it is found to be true later (e.g. lab leak theory, vaccine passports, etc.) (2)
Similarly, concerns about the various Covid-19 vaccines are being summarily dismissed even though “the Most “Vaxxed” Countries Have Highest Incidence Of Covid.” (3) Moreover, some like Kenya-based traditional medical practitioner Dr. Jack Kaguu Githae in a recent viral video expressed concern about the pace massive global vaccination programme before we are “double sure” that it is safe. He also queried why is so much being spent on vaccines rather than treatment. (4)
Dr Githae went on to highlight the historical links between vaccines and extermination programmes as well as the have political and commercial connotations of diseases like Covid-19, Ebola, HIV/AIDS. He ominously concludes that Afrika is the next target for new colonialists being one of the only continents not an extension of Europe the Afrikan continient and the people are “being primed for extermination” and its leaders must refuse to be used. However, the recent fate of Afrikan leaders from Burundi, Tanzania and Haiti that ostensibly refused the vaccine may be looming large in their consciousness. (5)
Resistance may be beyond the scope of the current crop of leaders, compelling the Afrikan masses to find a route of the current quandry.
